Baboon Short film

Baboon is a short film set in a war setting directed by Vinmathi that involved extensive pre-production planning, including location scouting, costume coordination, and a two-day on-location shoot. The film was later screened at multiple film festivals across India, where it received recognition and award nominations.

My involvement in the project covered several areas of production and post-production. I contributed to the lighting setup during filming, performed a small acting role, and acted as the primary Hindi translator on set, supporting communication throughout the production process. In post-production, I assisted with dubbing and collaborated closely with both the director and editor during the editing stage. This project was one of the most significant collaborative film productions I have worked on, allowing me to gain hands-on experience across multiple aspects of filmmaking and behind-the-scenes production.
